Two men showed up on the date as agreed to move an antique upright piano. They wrestled with the piano to get to the door. They damaged the finish on the piano trying to fit it through a doorway for which they had 3-4 inches of clearance on both sides. Frustrated and inept, they put the piano back. They got back in their truck. They left, was offered. Not impressed. A typical "bait-and-switch" approach with a dose of damaged goods thronever to be heard from again. When I eventually spoke to somebody to follow up on the job the next day (after 28 phone calls), I was told the job was too big for two men and was then magnanimously offered a 3-man team for DOUBLE the original estimate. No offer of compensation for the damage to the piano that their incompetent movers causedwn in for good measure. Nice. If you are considering All-year Moving...keep looking.
