We set up a time for his team to come out and complete the job and due to an unforeseen complication they were unable to complete same day. Benyamin promptly reached out to me and booked a time slot for the following day. Job was completed as discussed ... on time and on schedule. Biggest win for me was having a very responsive partner and in that regard Benyamin is top of the class!
