Amica were recommended by a workmate who had all her windows redone at once.
I found they were reliable to deal with. They kept their word about when they would come for estimate and when they would do the install. Communications top notch, and they called ahead to say when in 90-minute window the installer would arrive.
Window appears to be of good quality and installer was impeccable, done in three hours.
Most companies won’t look at you for one window — that’s all I needed — but these guys took the job.
I would recommend and would call them again when other windows need replacement.
