If Westrose is your contractor, be ready to do all the quality control yourself as they will try get away with doing the bare minimum with subpar workmanship. We constantly had to tell them to redo things that were not done properly or when poor quality materials were used (despite us paying for high quality materials). The people they hire are not properly trained and their work is not double checked. It shouldn't take a guy three tries to center a towel bar!! I wouldn't recommend this company if you're looking for a professional looking finish product.

Westrose managed the renovations of a condo loft I purchased last year. Definitely not an easy space to work with including 18 foot ceilings. Westrose focused on every meticulous detail- essentially re-designing the unit from the ground up. Ceilings were updated, brand new floors, painted staircase, stained floating stairs, all walls and rooms re-painted with new base boards and trim. All high class finishes that resulted in a condo unit truly above its peers within the building. Throughout the project Westrose was thoughtful, considerate, and always demonstrated they were working for my best interest. A lot of personal stress was alleviated by Westrose’s attention to detail and their timely responsiveness.

We hired Westrose Construction to renovate a commercial office space after our tenant moved out. They did a complete refresh of the space, making it attractive and inviting to prospective tenants. We were in a time crunch to get new tenants in as soon as possible and Westrose Construction completed the work within our timelines and our budget. Tom and his employees were professional and fastidiously clean. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the work.

Westrose Construction renovated my entire home and we couldn't be happier. The home was originally built in 1962 and looked that way. My wife and I wanted the home to be open concept with a modern-tradional feel and thats exactly what we got! Tom was very easy to work with as he explained step by step the process and time line we would be looking at. (My wife was 5 months pregnant during this renovation) From day 1 Tom and his team were prompt, courteous and professional. They were knowledgeable and hardworking. Tom took care of every detail. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again. Headache free! The pictures do not do this renovation justice as a lot of work went into things you can not see like the beams, electrical and plumbing. Thank you Westrose!

I hired Westrose construction to complete a complete renovation of my home, as the property we purchased was all original from the 50s. It was daunting task to take on but Tom and his team did an amazing job with all the finishes. Tom helped us with the design process and made recommendations on what things we should be considering along the way, with an explanation for all of his recommendation. He helped us with a budget, which we were able to be within. Neither my wife nor I had experience doing this before so it was very helpful to have someone so experienced guide us along the way. We absolutely love the finished product. We continuously get compliments on the beautiful finishes and the quality of the work.
