Life was turned upside down when my husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor. House cleaning was put on the back burner. The two young women who arrived from Enjoy House Cleaning worked diligently for 6 hours to give my whole house a deep clean. It never looked so good. They were very polite and efficient, cleaning the house with as little disruption to the household. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to have their home deep cleaned.

Initially, there was a great staff who was always present and ensured the quality of the work. Then we went through a phase of high staff turnover and the quality fluctuated. Thankfully Rute and Vanessa have consistently been delivering a great job for a few months now. I recommend Rute and Vanessas services.
I recommend decluttering before they clean so that they can focus on what matters - which in my opinion is cleaning instead of tidying. Also, I recommend discussing with the team your specific expectations before each cleaning.
Theres usually a third staff who rotates. Recently, one of them broke an item and did not tell me despite me being home. I reached out to the owner Joyce to explain what had happened. In summary, the staff told the owner that the item was already broken. I was not 100% satisfied with the initial response I received from the owner. I felt my text messages were not thoroughly read and my concerns dismissed. Notwithstanding, the owner did give me a discount in the amount of the full price of the item without me asking. Further exchange of messages days later cleared the air and I continue to use their services.

After my cleaning lady retired, it was hard to find a cleaning service that fits our needs and budget. A neighbour recommended Enjoy House Cleaning and I am so glad they did. They worked with me to find a biweekly plan that works for me and is fair to the ladies. I have used them about 4 times so far and I have been satisfied with their service every time. A team of 3 polite and professinal ladies comes in and out leaving the house spotless. They surprise me everytime with a little "hotel style" touch like folding a towel in a cute way or leaving a flower in the tissue box. They never complain, work fast and well together as a team. I applreciate the email and text reminders they sent me before my cleaning day. Communicating with their office through email has also been great. I highly recommend this company if you want a job well done.

We had three cleaners come to deep clean the house- I was amazed by how thorough they were- exceeded my expectations greatly! Vanessa and her team did a tremendous job.

We had a difficult time finding a new cleaning service after our previous cleaning lady moved. After trying three other avenues (unsuccessfully), we finally stumbled upon Enjoy House Cleaning, and are so glad that we did!

Weve now used their services 4 times on a biweekly schedule. As they send cleaners in teams of three, they are in and out of our house with record efficiency. Despite the different teams we have met, each of them have done an excellent job, leaving our house sparkling clean. We appreciate the small touches, such as folding our towels hotel-style and imprinting flowers in our Kleenex/toilet paper rolls!

It can be difficult to communicate with the cleaners due to the language barrier; however, we dont mind due to their great work. Communication with Joyce (the Owner) is not an issue. I appreciate her dedication to customer service and openness to receiving feedback.
