From the first meeting with Dave to his helpful wife Heather his foreman and crew I was very impressed. The friendliness and professionalism exhibited was stellar.
Dave pointed out some flaws in the existing roof as well as commenting on a recent patch job by another company. That patch job failed in the first rain. Dave explained that the leak was from improper installation.
His foreman pointed out that about 90% of the original roof was installed incorrectly. A stiff wind would strip shingles, which had occurred.

When asked Dave said the job would take 3 days. He was wrong. It took 2 days. I was totally amazed at how fast his crew worked. The job was beautifully done, the cleanup immaculate.
I originally chose Premium as it had the best reviews and I am happy I did as there are some roofers who really don't know what they are doing.
Do yourself a favor and hire Premium.

My roof was in pretty bad shape and I was getting anxious to have it replaced. I was surprised at how quickly Premium Roofing was able to fit me into their schedule. They were able to give me some suggestions about colours that would look good with my planned improvements, which I found very helpful. The new roof looks really good. They cleaned up everything before they left and the owner did a final sweep of the property to make sure everything was ship shape. Very happy with this company.

Premium Roofing was great to deal with, from start to finish! We were provided an initial quote via email, then followed up with a more thorough quote during our at-home appointment. Dave, the company owner, was our sales person, he fully explained all of our product options (metal or two shingle options). Answered all of our questions in regards to quality, warranty and the differences between our options. We were pretty flexible with a completion date and Dave kept up communication in regards to the completion date. Dave arrived with his team at the expected date and time, they got right to work. Our roof wasn't finished the first day, but the guys made sure to take the time to clean up their entire work space and our property before they left for the night. We were extremely impressed with how they left it, even though the job wasn't complete. Day-two was no different. We were home while the work was being completed and each of the crew members were respectful of our space and needs. Thanks again Dave and team! Highly recommend Premium Roofing!
