The other day we ran into a prob with our dishwasher, it was displaying E:15 error and watertap was flashing. I could hear something trying to run, so that wasn't good. After a some internet research I found a couple of suggestions which I very carefully followed.

I then called Bosch support after those didn't work and they advised it was out of warranty and gave me the names of 6 repair companies (none of the AJ). I looked for reviews of each of the referred and was disappointed reviews were bad and some even had some Better Business Bureau complaints.

I then used ChatGPT and looked for highly reviewed appliance repair reviews. While it didn't provide me specific options it suggested I look into HomeStars.

After a quick sign-up I posted my request and within about an hour I had heard back from AJ. I checked his reviews, all current and positive. This was about 19:00 so I replied back that I would be interested in service ASAP.

The next day I had a quick call with AJ and literally within the hour he was at the door. Not only was he Polite and Prompt, he even had the part ( I realize luck is a factor ).

Nevertheless I give him a 9/10 only holding back a perfect 10 because to me a 10 looks like shilling and isn't feasible unless it's free.

I called AJ Appliance repair to look at my 6 year old GE dishwasher that would not operate. Avi called me back within 30 minutes and came down right away and quickly shoved the issue by pilling out a jammed door latch.

I would highly recommend Avi and AJ Appliance Repair. I will definitely be calling on Avi the next time we need a major appliance repaired.

In these times of appliances that seem to be problem free for only 5-6 years its so refreshing to have someone local and reliable.

Repair guys came, friendly and efficient. They let me clean parts as they removed them. Fixed an extra piece that was warped. Great job, oven is working, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

My washing machine wasnt draining due to clog of dirt. I reached out to AJ Appliance Repair And he gave me some DIY tips to resolve the problem. He also came to fix the washing machine when I couldn't resolve the issue. He explained the issue properly and was very professional. He did a great Job and will recommend him anytime. Thanks again!

Wow! Can't say enough about AJ appliance repair. After an issue with our fridge and having another company come in and screw us over we were very skeptical about having another service company. But I must say I was very very happy with AJ appliances. Not only did he just add the service call when you came the first time to my bill it was easy and quick and explained what that issue could be. If anyone needs service repairs on appliances of any type I would recommend AJ appliances a 100%.

My washer would not drain. My drain pump had to be replaced. It was a very easy process dealing with AJ. He was prompt, courteous and explained everything to me. I found him to be very trustworthy and professional. I would 100% call him again and also recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you so much AJ!!

Avi came to fix our oven when the ignitor went. He came within days of me calling and fixed it so quickly. A few weeks later our dishwasher started leaking so I called Avi immediately and he was back and fixed that quickly as well. The price was reasonable and he didn't try to upsell or get us to spend more than necessary, we really felt we got great value for the price. We were super super impressed with his knowledge, great customer service, and efficiency. Would 100% recommend AJ Appliance Repair to anyone who needs it!!!

My gas oven wouldnt heat up, Avi arrived early diagnosed the problem and changed the part in less than 40 mins. Ordered me an additional part for a fridge, Clean, professional service! Highly recommend him!
