We needed the kids bedrooms and corridor painted in our home in Fredericton, NB. The day we scheduled the painting to be done, we also had an event to go to in the evening. Dustin and his team tried to get the job done on time, but because there was a lot of patching to do (the kids were pretty rough on the room) and a new employee to train, they finished just before our event started. I paid and thanked them for the job before the paint was dry. The next day we noticed the cutout work was streaky in one room. I texted Dustin and within minutes he replied that it would get fixed. No negotiating necessary. I didn’t even send him pictures of the cutout work. He just took my word for it! Thirty minutes later, he was at my door ready to fix the cutout work (on a Saturday night)! He was polite, cheerful and willing to work around us getting the kids to bed. He accepted responsibility for the job and said that this was a learning opportunity for his team! I have been a home owner for 18 years and have had many jobs done in and around the house. This was by far the best service we have ever received! I would go back to Dustin in a heartbeat and would feel extremely comfortable recommending him to anyone! Thanks for being extremely easy to work with!
