My fill valve needed to be replaced in my toilet tank.
They contacted me and came to repair it with parts included on the same day.
Dwayne was very good polite, punctual and fixed my problem. I would definitely use this service again.

Majority of the 5 star review are bogus and scripted. Very unprofessional company. Especially Roman who does not know how to talk to his customers. There are much better companies out there. Be aware.

Very friendly. Replaced an old outdoor faucet (same day). Was an old piping system that required cutting the old pipe and adding a shut off valve in the basement (we opted to not do the freeze-free). Very informative. I would call them again.

Crystal Plumbing provided the best most reliable service you could ask for. James was our plumber and was top notch. He visited when he said he would, gave a quote, then returned to do the job on time as promised. Fast, courteous and provided quality workmanship. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

Richard from Crystal Drain and Plumbing was very polite and professional. Being a 40 year old leaking faucet, the replacement parts were slight different in size from the original but Richard was able to figure out the fix. I found the price very reasonable for the time spent on the job.

This was my 2nd job with James, and this time was just like the ladt time. Perfect job with a reasonable price. He came out even on a labor day Monday to help fix the issue... I can't thank him enough!

When you get a sewage backflow flood, you don't have much time to research a plumber. This was my scenario, and I'm happy to have hired Crystal Drain & Plumbing to solve the problem.
Danny responded to the initial call, and guided us through the whole process - he is a top notch pro, knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. Roni, Viktor, and the other guys that did the subsequent work, are experienced, serious plumbers. Our job was extensive, but the guys worked 10-12 h days to make sure it was completed as quickly as possible. They did not skip on the quality of work, their craftsmanship is seasoned, and they treated our (and the neighbours) property with utmost respect.
In short, I'm very happy with Crystal Drain & Plumbing - they did an excellent job on a tough, complicated project. Highly recommended.
