Called Milad, he did a great job. Had to get my roof repaired and he was responded to my message quickly. He did the repair on the same day. He did and excellent job and responded quickly. Highly recommend. Very pleased and thank you.

Called Milad this morning. He came this afternoon and completed the job within a couple of hours. He replaced shingles (we had spares) which were damaged by the wind storm. Took photos to show us before and after. Very impressed with him and his prompt action.

Milad Yalda with Luxury Renovation was very thorough and explained everything he did. He did a very good job, even took the time to take pictures of the patch work he did to show me. And also ensured that he cleaned up after he completed the job and very honest. Highly recommended.

Milad was very responsive to our enquiry for help with some damage to our roof after the windstorm. While many other service providers where unresponsive or trying to convince us to buy a whole new roof, he made time to come out right away, fixed what needed to be fixed, and confirmed the rest was fine as it was. AFTER THE RECENT WINDSTORM, I IMMEDIATELY LOOKED FOR A ROOFER TO REPAIR THE SHINGLES THAT HAVE DETACHED. AFTER SPEAKING WITH MILAD, I HAD HIM COME AND CHECK THE ROOFING CONDITIONS. HE DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB OF INSPECTING THE WHOLE ROOF. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF LOOSE SHINGLE WAS REPAIRED. THE OVERALL WORK TOOK HIM ABOUT 3 HOURS. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK.

I hired Milad from luxury renovation back in August of 2017, to renovate my kitchen and make area more open concept. They finished the project in roughly a week.
