John did an efficient and thorough job in fixing and cleaning of our Navien hot water heaters . They supply hot water as well as heat the air for keeping our homewarm. He also took time to explain potential improvements to the piping configuration.

My water heater was broken and the dealer was not able to fix it after wasting a lot of time. Then I called John from Sarman Air, he came over immediately, find and replace the faulty part and fix the problem in less than two hours. I really appreciate his help to get back the hot water running. The work was done professionally. I am very satisfied with the service and absolutely will recommend them.

1. With just a phone call, you get immediate service response from Sarman Air, essential to when either your furnace, air conditioner, hot water heater, appliance shut down, including gas leak problems and overall emergencies.

2. I was recommended by Sarman Air to replace my old furnace, which was no longer worth repairing, was old and unreliable, where repair costs is not worth it and replacement was more logical: "you do not want possibilities of your furnace shutting down again and leaving you to freeze". I replaced my furnace with a new one: With the importance of heat for the cold and winter months, the cost is cheap and worth every dollar. I received the best and most reliable new furnace, power capacity, required in my building. After the installation I noticed an advertisement at the TTC subway by York with my furnace on the ad, I was impressed that I truly received the best and newest model furnace. A most important factor to consider is that the furnace can easily be serviced with parts available in Toronto, if several years from now, repair might be required when a furnace shuts off, you need the parts in Toronto ready to be installed in order to get the furnace running immediately for your heat comfort.

John installed a new combi hot water heater system and also the header pipes/pumps for a 2 loop in floor hydronic heating system. I was concerned about using a tankless heater as the in-floor loop was fairly small (was concerned about cycling). John was able to find an alternative that met my needs. In addition, he also installed a BBQ line for me. Overall, I was very satisfied with John’s work. He was also easy to work with.

great service! I had an issue with my stove, which had a minor gas leak. I called them and someone came that day and replaced everything and fixed the entire issue! It gave me peace of mind knowing that the job had now been done right! I would definitely recommend! true pros!

The boiler stopped working and there was no heat at my rental property -- there's a baby in the home -- during a snow squall and sub-zero temperature. John was at the house within two hours of my call and fixed the boiler soon after and the price was very reasonable.
