We hired DEH Inc to finish our basement. It was a large project as it was completely unfinished but they were able to create a beautiful basement apartment and a little space for ourselves. Keino and his team are absolutely amazing. Right from the beginning they were on top of everything that needed to be done from speaking to the inspector, to organizing trades and getting supplies. Keino and Gaffin were always in contact with me throughout the entire project and even went the extra mile to be in contact with the inspectors so that the project would be done right. The entire team is hardworking, friendly and so easy to get along with. There were many times they came on the weekend to get the job done. They were flexible with all the changes and additions that we needed (even offering advice in terms of what would be better). I am happy I chose DEH for my basement project!

Keino and his DEH crew were called by my condo corporation to tackle a drywall and insulation removal/replacement which was necessary due to mould throughout my unit. This is one of several projects he's been called in for by the corporation which is an excellent review in itself.

Keino and his crew were punctual from day one and throughout the duration of the project which was a month long. In fact, his crew was already preparing for the job (moving furniture, laying dropsheets and putting up plastic) before I had even left-no time wasted!

Keino is very warm and friendly, as are his workers. They easily earned my trust and I was extremely impressed by their work ethic. As I had to come in and out of my unit throughout the first few days, I was pleased that the crew was always working hard. There was no skimping in manpower- I appreciated that there was a big enough crew that the project was always moving along at a quick pace. This was especially important because I was unable to stay in my home while the work was being done. I felt they respected that I was displaced during a pandemic and worked as quickly as possible so I could move back in.

I ended up hiring DEH to complete extra work beyond what was being done by my condo corporation. This included removal of laminate and replacement with vinyl plank, removal and replacement of all baseboard trim and door/window casings, paint throughout. This work was being done in 3 bedrooms, the hallway and livingroom. The previous paintjob was a disaster with thick drips of paint everywhere. Keino is a perfectionist and smoothed out this mess before doing a gorgeous paint job, and trimming and casing everything up beautifully.

As I was not living in my home during the project, and therefore had no need or expectation of daily tidying up, the whole place was a disaster zone of dust. It looked like a bomb had gone off. I had no idea what to expect when the job was finished, but I was certain I was going to need reinforcements to help clean up. I was absolutely shocked to come home and find that the DEH cleanup crew had done such an EXCEPTIONAL job. The carpet was cleaner than ever. Every baseboard, countertop, and item of furniture was wiped clean. It was totally move-in ready. They even offered to help me assemble and move all of the furniture.

I looked to Homestars for reviews before hiring Keino and I am happy to be leaving yet another great review.

A heartfelt thank you to D. E. H. Inc. They came within 24 hours to fix my parents cupboards so we could get their house ready to list. They were professional, cleaned up any mess they made and adhered to all the COVID safety protocols in place! I would definitely recommend this company!

Keino and his team did an amazing job of our renovation.
I was really impressed that in our initial meeting he gave us options and additional ideas of what would work best from his experience.
He provided us and very detailed estimate with a timeline of start date/completion date. He had the job completed on time and at budget!!!

I had DEH come into do some flooring in my laundry room. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very clean. It was supposed to be a quick fix but their suggestions were on point and the job came out great.. They showed up quickly, fit me between jobs due to my tight timeline. I love it.
