VIC called me in the morning and by 3pm problem had been identified, parts bought and installed. Amazing service and in particular his customer service skills were amazing. I wasn’t able to be home and my tenant doesn’t speak English, VIC called me several times before, during and after completing the work to take me through the steps of what might be, identifying, proposed fix and guarantee of the work performed.
I will be using the services of Blue Electric in the very near future with other projects around the house. Truly impressed.
