Had them install 2 gates and finish the end of the yard to close up the existing PVC fence from the neighbors on each side. The end product is great. The initial meeting was quick, easy and on time. The quote was timely and the price was right, when comparing to the 4 others companies we got quotes from. The only issue was the customer service in the middle. The scheduling got moved due to a new scheduling system they had, but was only moved by less than a week. Instructions were to be on site to give instructions to workers at the beginning. Having to coordinate that with work schedules, the company assured me by email that I was the first job of the day and that workers would arrive prior to 830 AM. Called at 10 AM since nobody showed up. Was told they were stuck finishing a job from previous week and that they were wrapping up before coming to our home. Called at 2 PM since nobody showed up. They followed up with the crew and were on their way. Ended up showing up at 330 PM. When dates change and schedules are variable with such installations, it would be wise to manage client expectations and follow up with them when things change. My father, my wife and myself had to coordinate to ensure someone would be here throughout the day for someone to show up (the whole time wondering if anybody would). Final hiccup was the fact that a random person showed up at my place a week later indicating that they were referred by the company to speak with me about my new fence. A heads up would be nice, at least to gauge my own satisfaction. The fact that my address was given out as a customer seemed a little intrusive to me. Regardless of all this, these are only a couple of hiccups. I received little to no customer service from the other companies anyways. This one ended up installing a good product, for a fair price. I still recommend, but strongly recommend they review their customer service practices.
