Initially impressed with quick and polite attention to my call for new AC in late Aug 2019. Cash deal, parts warranty. Sold me & installed a 2005 2.5 compressor for a 2.0 max home, with the wrong & inferior internal coil system. Botched installation, later furnace did not work due to dropped "screw in fan". Next season AC not cooling. After 5 hrs 4 techs could not fix, said filter was blocked and needed new one. By then I was was so mistrustful I decied to call another company to consult. Long story short I am taking Naz to court to recoup initial and subsequent spends as second company's experts pointed out and verified this disaterous installation and inferior/wrong parts. NOTE: Owner seems to have a problem with women. DO NOT CALL!
