Had my unfinished basement fully finished (insulated walls, dry wall, flooring, utility sink, lights, two doors, mouldings, paint, etc) and my upstairs wall painted. I'm happy with the quality of work done, though it went a few weeks over because of some issues with electricians that were hired and changed. In the end, everything was sorted out and I was happy with the transparency on Shane's part. Also went a few grand over the initial quote, but that's because there was an issue with my basement foundation/levelling of the floor, which they sorted out at cost.

All in all, great work! Only wish the guys didn't use my bathroom so much haha!

We worked with Towns Construction to update our deck which was not up to code and had deteriorated over the years. Shane was very patient during all discussions related to the options we could consider. He is very knowledgeable and we had the confidence of engaging the team. He also was responsive to our follow up inquiries and minor updates to the finished product.
The project was completed on time on budget and the deck looks beautiful as well as well built. Thank you very much Shane and team!!!

Shane (Towns Construction) was great to work with and built a beautiful and very sturdy backyard fence for us! Shane was also able to fit us in and get the job down quickly because one of the panels on our old fence had fallen down. He came to meet with us in order to have an accurate sense of what was needed for the job and came in at almost $1,000 less than our other estimate. Shane and his employee, Austin, were right on time each morning and worked very hard and very long days to complete our project quickly. Highly recommend!

Im lucky to have found Towns Construction. My front veranda had a handyman expansion done in the past and was slumping. I wanted a professional who
knew what they were doing and would take on a fix. Shane was very easy to work with and gave great advice. I will be redoing my veranda at some point in the next 5 years or so, so I wanted a fix that was going to work well in the interim. Shane was very knowledgeable about options and willing to do a good for now solution that will probably last much longer than I need.

I am very happy with our new privacy deck, they did a great job and helped us get everything we wanted.

Towns Construction and crew did an amazing job on the finishing of our basement! The planning began with a meeting where he delivered a quote which as accurate in relation to the final cost. Shane provided updates as the project progressed and kept me involved in all decision making. Shane was flexible throughout the project and allowed for me to finalize decisions on finishes as the project came together.

The final result which included a bedroom, rec room, playroom for kids, washroom, and laundry room had exceeded all of our expectations. Shane's attention to detail ensured that the additional living space in our home would meet the demands of my growing family for years to come.

A year has passed since the completion of this project with Shane and I am glad that we chose Towns Construction to do this work. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to have any work done!!

Shane contacted me about my request to waterproof our walk-out deck. He suggested doing this from under the deck as the deck covering was in good condition, pointing out the job would be much cheaper and quicker. He arrived promptly on the agreed date and did a great job over 2 days leaving the underneath of the deck looking SO much better after carefully preparing and then covering the area with corrugated sheeting and putting up guttering and a downspout to drain any water. I am very happy with the work done by Towns Construction.

Shane and his crew built us an awesome 6 foot wooden fence (160') around our backyard.
Crew was always on time and on track for the project, mindful to the nabours and kept the worksite clean and organized.
The fence itis strong and sturdy and straight as an arrow.
