David clarified how I should be installing these windows and even came out to my house to make sure I got it right. Great windows, triple pane are the best! So much better than the original windows I replaced.

I ordered and installed my own replacement windows. Staff was very helpful. Ordering was easy. I installed triple pane with Low e and argon for the cost of standard windows at the big box guys. Highly recommend.

We were looking to improve the energy efficiency of our aging house while increasing the amount of light and fresh air from the outside. The process started with Phil coming to our house and evaluating our existing windows. I knew right away Phil was knowledgable and experienced to get the job done. He even suggested a 6 foot wide patio to replace a window in the back (which eventually changed the entire look and feel of the house inside as well). My wife and I went to meet with the owner David, who graciously gave us a tour of the factory where they manufacture all the windows. It is an amazing operation! We gave our 50% deposit, waited 4-5 weeks and it took about 2 days for Phil and his team to install everything. All garbage and old windows was neatly collected, all new windows were insulated and it has completely changed the house from the inside and out. I love it! The only thing that could use improvement is the Canada Zone stickers were a little difficult to peel off and left glue residue. I suspect these are regulatory stickers, but regardless it's a little bit of a pain to remove unlike the other stickers on the windows which peeled off without any problem. I would give David and Phil and 10/10 without any doubt!

We decided to change windows of our whole house with brick to brick installation. Decided on Panes for two reasons, 1) a reasonable quote 2) the approach by David Beckman. He was very professional and also quick in completing the paperwork for Ontario Government rebate. Our new windows have given a new look to our house.

We have to mention their website which gave us a good idea of the configuration and price for what we wanted. After meeting with David to discuss the details, we knew we had made the right choice. All our questions were answered honestly and the pricing was excellent. The installation was on time and went well. It was a really hot day but the installers worked very hard to get the job done properly. The windows are of excellent quality and look great. We are very happy with the results.
