Adam from Stacks Heating and Air went over and above customer service to install a gas fireplace insert. From the moment that we first spoke, I knew Adam to be a sincere, honest and personable person, and a hard-working, family man.

As a result of the first contact, I thoroughly enjoyed not only his customer service, but his approachable and easy-going personality. The gentleman that he had working with him was also professional and friendly, and together, I was very satisfied and pleased with not only the value of the work, but on the efficiency on having the work done.

He stayed in touch with me from the get-go and delivered as promised.

I've been waiting on a replacement part from Adam for months now and he's still giving me the run around.
