We hired Manikano to refinish our basement to convert it to a rental suite and are thrilled with the work.
The basement hadn’t been touched since the 1970s and needed to be gutted and completely refinished. Mamuka didn’t cut any corners and completely transformed the space.
He managed demolition, assisted with design of the new space, framed, drywalled, changed the floor and installed plumbing fixtures. He was a partner throughout the process and helped us make the right decisions for our budget and desired outcome. Communication was prompt and professional.
Would recommend this company and look forward to work with them again.
