The team at Poseidon we’re knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. I’m a tenant but this came in handy because I’m looking in the area to purchase so I now know more about how the water and systems here work. The place I’m at is temporary and was not kept in good shape i.e smelly, red water with iron and organics so they could only go so far as to what they could fix. What they did do made a big difference (even if not completely fixed as there is an underlying problem that is still persisting which is a nuisance). If/when I do purchase I’ll probably reach out to them to get their opinion.

All work was proven by on site testing to achieve drinking water from deep well coming from the third aquafir 306 ft that is comtaminated by sulfur they were able to provide potable water that we can shower and wash are clothes to pure drinking water with on going certification for federal approval

Very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Explained the filtration process of my chosen system. Also took the time to explain what type of things were found in my water before filtration.

Rodney at Poseidon was really wonderful. He was so knowledgeable about water systems, filters etc. and understood my needs. He replaced my filters and tested my system which had been neglected since moving into our new home. And, made some great suggestions.
