Very happy with Ontario Shutters Direct. They were conscientious from start to finish with measurements and installation. We had them cover all the windows in our home and couldn’t be more satisfied with their product and work.

We called Ontario Shutters to measure a for a bedroom windows to match some existing shutters in our house. The owner came, measured, we ordered it was installed about 4 weeks later. Happy with the product, but really happy with the service. The owner was very polite and professional and he even fixed a couple of minor issues our our existing shutters!

I had three bedrooms that needed the blinds replaced. These guys actually gave me the cheapest quote for the new shutters and the service person came right away the next day. He even helped dress my windows with curtains for my bedroom. I'm very glad I didn't have to micromanage anything. The person knew what he was doing and listened to my instruction/request of not leaving the entrance door open whenever he stepped out for something which has always been the biggest annoyance for me when I am getting any house maintenance done by hired help. Like it's winter and I'm losing heat, but he was mindful and careful of my property. Anyways I think I actually had the owner do my installations, he was nice and had good tips to give about my other home repairs.

But yes, really good work on my windows, and by far the easiest house project for me. I've already recommended them to others. The shutters look and work great. Thank you!

I called Ontario Shutters, and had arranged with the owner to measure my living room window and give me a price quote and all that happened in one day! Their price was the cheapest out of all other quotes I had received in the Hamilton/Burlington area. The quality is excellent, the service is excellent, their product is excellent. I would definitely purchase more shutters in the near future and will definitely recommend Ontario Shutters to anyone looking to purchase shutters.
