Working with Fabian was an absolute pleasure. The entire process leading up the job was very clear and efficient. Quotes were received as committed and clearly detailed the scope of work. The job included ~300 sqft of area spread across a kitchen, main foyer and powder room. The tiles installed were an 8x8 hexagon tile, 12x24 and 5x5 printed tile, along with 4 flush mount vents. The job included dry pack and his team completed the install in about 3 hours. They kept the area clean and ensured that all work areas were cleaned up afterwards. Tiling started a few days later and was completed in 3 days. Fabian’s attention to detail and customer service were absolutely amazing! I appreciated that Fabian arrived on time everyday, put in a full day of work and kept the work area clean and tidy each night. He went out of his way to help me come up with solutions for transitions from the new tiled areas to existing hardwood flooring, which I appreciated! The detail that his team took from the dry pack to the tile install was apparent when my kitchen cabinet installer told me that this was the best floor that he has installed cabinets onto, from front to back, the kitchen floor was out ~1/8”, so essentially completely level!!! Absolutely amazing indeed, considering the fact that I knew that there was a slope in the floor of the kitchen.

Needless to say, I would not hesitate recommending Precise Tile & Contracting for others! In fact, before he left, we already scoped out other areas where I need to get some
work done.
