Celebration Cleaning

Overall I was very disappointed with the service that Celebration Cleaning provided. They did not provide an accurate estimate and ignored specific requests such as blind cleaning, wall spot cleaning, and garbage removal. Basic cleaning was also inadequate such as; surfaces were missed (kitchen table, window sills, end tables, bay window area), and vacuuming furniture and rug was missed. My entire basement was also skipped other than light dusting. The team did not address any of the missed specifics or basic cleaning that was not done before leaving. The team also accidentally took two of my Norwex cleaning clothes. In the end I was charged extra for way less than what was promised. Positive, bathrooms and carpet cleaning were done well.
