Elie from ET Appliances came in to fix our dishwasher drainage problem. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very efficient. I would hire him again and would definitely recommend him to others.

I received Eli's number as a recommendation from my friend to install some appliances in my recently renovated home. Right off the bat I could tell that Eli was very experienced and knew what he was talking about. I wanted to do my due diligence as I purchased some decent quality machines and wanted someone to do a good job with the installation. Eli took the time to explain the procedure and then provided me with a quote which I thought was fair. At the end of the day if you are paying hundreds if not thousands of dollars you want to invest in a quality installation. Eli was very professional in his visit to my home and was efficient in getting the job done. He didn't mind me asking a few questions while he was working and was very accommodating in my request was. All in all it took less than two hours and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Elie responded quickly to our call and communicated well throughout the negotiations and project, returning calls or texting or actually answering the phone. He was able to give an estimate on the phone and when he fixed the leak he observed a couple of other problems which he corrected. We were very pleased with his work and dealings with us.

Elie ran a natural gas line from my furnace to the outside BBQ. He installed two shut off valves and flex hose. Everything is working perfectly and I would recommend him to others.

Installer arrived on time and installed with no issues. Disconnected the old dw and over the range microwave and installed the new units. Next on my list is the gas cooktop to replace and he will be installing. No mess left and old appliances were removed.
