We had a recurring ice dam so we hired a different roofing company a few years ago...what a mistake...we wish we would have known about Joe from Edwards roofing sooner. The ice dam happened again so we called Joe and he went up there to discover that the other company didn’t even put a membrane to stop the area where water was getting in. Joe went up and repaired the area and put a membrane in. It was so wonderful to finally after 16 years of living here and dealing with this to have someone come help us out. We called lots of companies trying to get help but they all said the job was too small so it wasn’t worth their time but Joe came and that shows to us that they are a company who cares. We highly recommend this company.

I had my roof done about 2 years ago. Since then we have had nothing but problems with pests getting in. I finally went up on my roof and found large gaps in multiple places around the roof. Flashing around the skylight wasn't reinstalled properly and they installed a bent roof vent. I tried calling them multiple times but no response.

Had my roof and some vinyl siding done august 2017 which i paid alot of money. Work looked very nice and job was done quickly. Unfortunately i have Been calling mark to come back after he said he would. haven't heard back from him yet. Left text messages and voicemails. Noticed today another issue my roof leaking into the attic left 2 voicemails and still no response.
Very frustrating as a single mom and paying alor of money to have work done and can't return a call and didn't come back after saying he would
