Never once did I not let you ask any questions. I actually have many questions from you written by text message, where I answered each one. The reason you are leaving this bad review is because you wanted the water heater on feet after I installed everything. I told you I did not have any feet with me. This was never discussed before and you waited until the job was finished. Heater was full of water, piped and vented. This equipment does not come with feet. They are also not sold at my suppliers.
