I had mold damage in basement washroom and needed proper mold remediation. I got several quotes different companies and picked Contractor pass since they were competitively priced and really investigated causes of mold in initial meeting. Anton and his team did a great job containing the basement and protecting the floors leading to entrances in the house to basement. They truly cared about identifying the mold causes and checked all possibilities and found the leak. They were very efficient and on time to start job. They helped me to find plumber on short notice with great pricing to take care of leak and left the dehumidifiers for few days at no extra cost. The clean up was great and i would highly recommend company

Contractor Pass did an excellent job in Removing Mould from my basement resulting from Weeping Tiles & Plastic Membrane not installed by the Builder.
They arranged & coordinated with a Basement Waterproofer to ensure that no water is leaking from the outside of the house to the inside.
They sealed off & enclosed the area that had Mould, so that the rest of the house did not contaminate w Mould Spores. They disinfected the affected area & used HEPA Filter to filter the air in that area.
Where there were Water Damage & Mould, they replaced the Dry Wall, Underpad of the Carpet, Tack Strip etc.
When the job was completed, the area was restored to how it was before the Water Damage.

Antonio, the Contractor in charge of the job, was very professional. He advised us about the progress of the job & provided us with pictures on the Work in Progress. The Crew working under him were very friendly.
They did a thorough cleaning of the Room in the Basement after they completed the work.
Definitely a 10 job, well done.

I am very happy with the work Anton and his team did. He is very professional and he did the work when he said he would and it took as long as he said it would take. He removed mold from my house and after he completed the job it was done perfectly.
