My 3rd floor balcony is awkward and hard to access. Sedona did an amazing job bringing life back into my dingy area; it looks brand new! I appreciate the care and level of effort they put into ensuring the patio was spotless; even hand scrubbing rust spots from the concrete. I was worried about my downstairs neighbor, who is a bit of an over-complainer, freaking out about water spots (even though my strata approved my cleaning), so Lance went down and washed the patio glass of the neighbor below after he had completed my job. Amazing customer service. Will use again!

I contacted Lance at the last minute to wash and clean our newly completed job site. I instantly liked Lance and he was able to accommodate us with our tight schedule. Him and is crew were very thorough and did an amazing job. My client was so happy to see his house spotless after 5 months of construction work.
