Better Built Fences

This company built our back porch which later we found did not meet code. In addition, we asked that some work be done to our patio area with required decking and concrete repair, he quoted $1000.00 in 2021 did some partial poorly performed cement work with promises to finish the job in 2022. We called him in early March and he said he would required another $250.00 for the job and need $600.00 upfront for materials which we foolishly agreed to. Finally after many calls he tore up the deck and piled it in our driveway. He later did some very minor cement work again leaving a mess. He made promise after promise that he would return to finish the job and finally stop taking our calls.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I contracted the company to do services. The owner quoted on the job after spending 1/2 hour on our deck. He sent his employee to our house - they marked up the deck, removed and broke boards and now won't do the work as it is a bigger job than he quoted. We were willing to accept a revised quote - but instead he ghosted us. He has left our deck unusable. We have video footage of all the deck activity - and a written log of correspondence. We subsequently found one buried review on one website and see that he has changed the company name at least once.
