They were contracted out to do a complete HVAC system for two new builds - from ducts to installing furnace and air conditioning.

Shortly moving into one of the houses there were immediately problems. They were very responsible during the install process up until the gas was connected.

HOwever, we consistely had problems upon moving in. Eventually we coudn't get heat anymore and they were no long responding to our calls. OUr rep was Marc. After calling another compnay they came in and did an inspection only for us to find that the the furnance was about 20 years old (according to the nunbers on the system) and we had to pay to have it replaced.

Very disapppinting, the larger problem is that contractors like this company makes it difficult for people to trust trades because we do rely on their expertise and guidence and not to be ripped off.

The replacement cost us an additional 6k after multiple repairs and trying to get a hold of them..

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE NOT HONEST! Paid for a new system but got one that didn't function

Consult's service department responded very quickly and confirmed that our unit needed replacing. They then provided us with a very fair estimate, and great installation.

Amazing job, they were there the next morning and had us up and running in no time!
