We had an excellent experience working with D.M.I. Construction. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will look forward to working with them again for future projects.
Denis and his team (Stipo and Luka) carefully removed plaster from walls and ceilings in our spare bedroom, laundry room, stairwell, living room, dining room, and bathroom. They re-drywalled everything (and more than we had originally requested!) and installed pot lights in our living room and dining room. They demolished a 3-piece bathroom and laid tile and reinstalled a toilet and sink and all accessories to transform it into a 2-piece. They even repositioned the toilet for us even though that wasn't in the original scope of work.
The team worked incredibly efficiently and they were always friendly and polite and cleaned up at the end of the day.
Denis came by personally to do a final walk-through to make sure we were happy with everything and sat down with us to go through all of the receipts for materials so we knew we were paying for only what was used.
We have worked with other contractors in the past and have never had as positive an experience as we had with this renovation. I can't say enough good things about Denis and his team!
