Denis and his crew at DMI took a neglected 95-year-old house and brought some life back into it. The house had knob and tube wiring and needed to be completely re-wired to today's electrical standards. We also had two bathrooms that needed to be completely renovated - not to mention replace the 50-year-old water pipes. The piping was a little backward and some excavating needed to be done to bring it up to modern standards. Denis and his team could have made quite a bit of damage to the walls while updating the electrical and plumbing but instead of tearing down whole walls they had the foresight to plan. That still meant holes in the walls, but it could have been a lot worse than it actually turned out to be. The DMI team patched up the holes nicely and we got them to paint one of the floors most affected.

Denis was very easy to work with. He was available when we needed to talk and always asked how we wanted something done before doing it.

We originally got five quotes for the job. Denis was the cheapest and also seemed the most interested in doing the work. I was originally uncomfortable about having the labour just in the contract (with Denis bringing us receipts for the supplies), but Denis gained my trust. He cares about his clients and a few times during the project has given back to us without any asking.

I trust Denis and his crew. I already am recommending them to my friends and relatives. Not to mention he will be my first call when I need anything else done.
