Mci (Mike's Custom Installations)

I would highly recommend MCI to do the work that they did for us.
Mike heard is in his work. He did such a grate work that the neighbors on both sides of my house ask Mike to work on their houses. The Rating 1 to 10 I will give Mike 10+. Well Done Mike, I really appreciate the work did for us. I Wish you Well.

In 2017 we brought on a new Roofing and Siding Project Manager and gave him autonomy to hire and manage his own crews because of our trust of him in the industry. Unfortunately he hired on MCI to do some work for us when we were swamped and needed an extra crew for a few jobs. Mike from MCI is a very nice guy and definitely means well but the guys he had doing the installations were not reliable for punctuality or quality of work. We unfortunately had to fix several thousands of dollars of work that our customers were not happy with. We took full responsibility for that on our end including responding to and resolving a very negative HomeStars reviews from one of these customers. If thinking about hiring MCI make sure you watch the guys closely who are doing the work. I'm sure Mike does great work himself but seemed to hire the wrong guys to grow his crew.
