Backyard porch and finishing basement

Was wonderful until Stephan was paid, went on vacation and got another job. The porch refinishing was poorly done and is a total redo and the basement was left with all the last details unfinished. He was unresponsive to my requests to complete the work and offered a very unrealistic “payback”. Very unprofessional and immature end result.
