I hired Vitaly and his team to install two large patio doors that I had purchased from another company.

They were heavy items and one had to be hauled up onto a 3rd floor.
Vitaly came on a Saturday and took great care to prep the area and bring the heavy door system up.

The rest of the install did not go as well initially but only because the door manufactuer had not installed the rollers properly in the factory.

Vitaly took the time to go to the showroom and then return to my home to meet the manufactuer's service team.
As it turns out the door was easily ajusted but only after the manufactuer
corrected their error when they built the doors.

Vitaly has proven to be a patient, conscientous and stand up guy and I really, really appreciated his time and efforts.

I have cancelled my remaining order with the manufactuer and I will order through Window Connection instead.

Highly recommended! He went the extra mile without any complaint and I will be recommending him from now on and will try to use him for projects at work as well.

We had a great experience with Windows Connection Inc. for replacing an older garden door with a new french door as shown in the picture. We plan to replace the front door of our house as well using again the services of Windows Connection Inc. Vitaly and his associate did an excellent job not only in listening and taking notes of what we wanted to do and answering our questions, but were able to provide us with a competitive quote in a timely fashion and most importantly did an outstanding work with great attention to detail in replacing the garden door and cleaning up the job site.
