This was my first time in the store and I received the best service. I was told that my vacuum would be ready the next day but to my surprise, CambridgeHeat team called me a few hours later and told me that it was ready to be picked up. He left it super clean, looks and runs like a new vacuum .

CambridgeHeat Furnace Cleaning cleaned today for our second time using their services. What amazing people they hire! Tremendously professional with cheerful politeness just as wonderful as last year's team. Today's two service men explained all they were going to do and double checked that I knew their pricing. Air duct cleaning CambridgeHeat company came out to clean my Air Conditioning system at my home. They did a wonderful job! I will not need another cleaning for 5-7 years. I had called a separate time to have my dryer vent cleaned which was inaccessible, they let me know that they could not access the duct and did not charge me any fees. It is Air Duct Cleanings policy not to charge a service fee if they go out to clean your dryer vent and it is inaccessible.

My dryer had suddenly stopped drying clothes, and after a little digging around I realized it was a vent issue. I ended up calling CambridgeHeating at night, and they promptly returned my phone call the following morning. An appointment was set for the next morning, and CambridgeHeat team showed up exactly on time! And I mean exactly haha. He was courteous, informative, and got right down to business. My dryer is now working like it did when I first got it nearly a decade ago, my only regret was not knowing about vent cleaning earlier! I would highly recommend CambridgeHeating to anyone who is having a similar issue.

I called one morning last week and they were able to come out later that day. I noticed a musty/sewage smell from the laundry room for the past 2 days and figured I needed to clean out my air ducts. Cambridgeheat team came out and did the job in about 30 minutes. No more musty smell when I do laundry, thank you!

Cambridge Heat team is very thorough and prompt. Had a problem with my dryer not drying completely in a single cycle. Appliance repairman said dryer was working fine, suggested I get my vent cleaned.
