Honest and mindful!! I've never seen such transparent and aggressive pricing! It was nice to work directly with the owner of Completely Floored and it was very reassuring to have him hunting for our 'best bang for buck' when choosing the materials at our rental property. Mr. Williams and his team were tidy and fast (they even brought us coffees on a few occasions!) when installing, while being very mindful of the noise for the tenants that occupied the front of the home (and their little newborn). Byron and his team were very thoughtful when preparing to do the job and got the job done within 3 days of meeting us for a quote. I think he could sense our urgency as we had a deadline and a 'random-joe' from Kijiji had randomly disappeared on us the week before. Very compassionate, thoughtful and we're very happy with the finished product.
The floor that we chose was sourced by their team and was far superior to the options we'd found at Home Depot. We were unsure how the ratings worked with laminate and Byron was very helpful in finding us a product that wouldn't scratch and wear quickly. Good save!
The trim work was done the following week and it's seamlessly perfect! My wife and I had never heard of 'No Nails' adhesive and it was a perfect solution that allowed for Byron to squeeze us in on evenings (silently!) without waking the tenants baby. Smooth move and it looks beautiful now!
