I hired Classic Properties and Renovation to remodel my en suite project. I was really impressed with how it was kept neat and tidy. Every day cleaned up. The small closet was removed to enlarge the room. Walls were opened up for new insulation and vapour barrier and windows resealed. The room was warm this past winter for the firs time. beautiful painted ceiling and pot lights added. The tile shower and floor are beautiful and cabinet space with dual sinks make a huge difference. I appreciate the attention to detail and have recommended them to friends. Thank you.

I have used this company for drywall installation and mudding and taping on multiple occasions. I came across them when they were doing drywall work at my Neighbors Home which was a full remodel. I ended up getting my full basement remodel drywall work done by Classic Properties. I was happy with their work I ended up using them for my office and subsequently for a commercial restaurant renovation along with my Home bathroom renovation. I have been thoroughly happy with their work, quality and price. I highly would recommend them. Seeing as I have used them multiple times, the minimum job cost I have had some has been $1000.
