Seems my furnace was so dirty (how embarrassing), that it shut itself down before any damage was done ie: damage to its parts or worse - it could have caused a fire... He could have easily just replaced the furnace, but he cleaned out and got it running smoothly again! He also gave me a tutorial on how to keep my furnace in good running order. It cost very little and I was extremely pleased with the service & results. Ray Z does excellent quality work for an affordable price and he really takes great pride in his work - making sure his customers are happy.
