We had a issue with the HCAV unit in our condo not pumping out cold or hot air and contacted Imperial. They responded quickly, and even were able to schedule a tech to come on the weekend. The tech who came, Deon, was an absolute pro and very friendly to deal with. He walked us through the whole process while fixing our problem in a speedy fashion. Thanks for the help !

First replaced our old AC with a new one in the summer. Then few months later our old furnace required a repair itself as the older ACs leak residue damaged the furnace. Hence they replaced it with a new one in under 3 hours. Very fast service.

Guys were great- polite, clean and hooked up my patio heater to natural gas line despite some challenges with the heater. They had to run out and get parts but were fast and efficient.
