We first met with Liam from Highbridge back in February 2021 at our newly purchased water view lot in Clarence. He impressed us with his enthusiasm and knowledge and we thought we had found the perfect company to build us our dream home. Unfortunately the rest of the team that we were connected to failed to impress. Our vision of our dream home never came to reality through their designer and we repeatedly spent weeks waiting for feedback that never came. In the end, it was like pulling teeth to get anything accomplished. It put a damper on our plans to build and we have since sold the lot and purchased a pre-built home. We also referred the new lot owner to another builder who is now building their home. I can’t wait to see what they build on that beautiful lot. We are about $11K poorer for our experience with Highbridge but we are glad we didn’t go with them.
