This 'Bathroom Specialist' according to his business card, was referred to us in November of 2015 by Bath Emporium in Markham Ont. Mr. Hall was to remove our old shower and install a new shower stall which we had purchased from Bath Emporium. He did not have trouble removing the old materials but complained when we asked him to line up the transparent sides of the unit so that they were even. He raced through the procedure and was furious that we expected a decent job done. I paid for the work in cash and he said that he would drop off a receipt for us which he never did. We noticed that the ceiling on the floor below was showing water marks and called him back to see. He said that the area was probably from before and would dry up. We were so put off by his surly attitude that we ended up getting a plumber in who had to re-caulk the complete shower that was not caulked well enough in the first place. We still have to repair the damaged ceiling. We have had many contractors over the years including demolishing an old house and building a custom built home on the lot and we have never experienced such a surly and incompetent workman. We wanted to warn others.
