We noticed a wet spot on our ceiling and felt it could be from the washer or upper floor washroom. We called Chris at Tulip and he immediately made time to come over and inspect the upper floor. After some investigation, he determined the leak was from the washer. He replaced the hose and double checked everything was in working order. While doing this he also caught a mistake by the installers where the hot and cold hoses were mixed up, great attention to details!
We are very happy with the overall experience and would recommend Tulip to anyone.

Chris was recommended to me by another company that wasn’t able to help me right away with my leaking hot water tank. He was very professional and personable, and I knew immediately he was the guy I wanted to deal with. (I’d spoken to some other not-so-friendly plumbers already).

Chris gave me a reasonable quote after looking at some pictures I texted him of the setup in my house. (Something no one else had asked for - but I thought was a great practice). He was able to come the very next day to replace the tank - and right before Xmas no less. I was thrilled, as I had house guests coming but no hot water.

The next day, Chris arrived promptly with the correct tools and equipment for the job. He explained everything in detail and gave me updates as he worked. He also made some other helpful recommendations of what could be improved in the house to aid with our wonky water pressure.

Overall it was a great experience and I would happily recommend Chris or use his services ourselves again in the future.

After a call to Chris because our hot water tank was beginning to fail he was very accommodating and attended promptly to diagnose and solve our problem. Chris explained all of our options and was very honest and genuine. He completed the work flawlessly and and the installation was very nicely done. He cleaned up the area afterward to the point that you would not know that he was there. Very reasonable rates and great workmanship.

Chris arrived on time and ready to work. He was able to run a new waterline to our fridge and re did all of the lines under our kitchen sink perfectly. We also had him replace the shut off valve becuase it was leaking and it was only a matter of time until it broke completely. My husband and I were so pleased that we booked him to come back to re-plumb our entire house. This is something we have been planning to do but haven't found a company that we trust to do it until now. Reasonable rates and an excellent job so far!

Chris is absolutely incredible!! He literally saved Christmas for our family!! We had an emergency situation on Christmas eve morning when we woke up to a blown tank and flooded room. Chris was quick to respond and offer assistance despite his own family committments on the holiday. He arrived with new tank in hand after educating us on the options and immediately got to work solving the situation. He addressed all issues from the previous installer and created great form and function in the space we had with the larger tank. Chris shows the highest amount of attention to detail in his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! If you need plumbing or heating help, call him first!
