Our frig broke down on June 6th. I put a notice on HomeStars and ApplianceFix responded that evening. Their technician came by the next afternoon. He was only in the home for approximately 10 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a broken starter. Once replaced he left for the day. Exactly ONE WEEK later the frig broke down again on Thursday, June 13th, 2018. I called the company many times over the next two days; some of my calls were blocked or sent back a message "I cannot talk to you at this time". The owner promised to have a technician come by on the Saturday but no one arrived. On Tuesday June 19th the technician arrived and diagnosed a blown main control board. Replacement would cost $425 plus labour. The starter did not have a problem. I lost the value of all my food plus I had to buy a new refrigerator.
