My dishwasher was having an issue, and Elite Appliance Engineer fixed it quickly. I am impressed with the excellent service offered by them. My range was 6 months old and the electronics were malfunctioning. Frigidaire contacted this company to come fix my range under warranty and they were quick to figure out the parts needed, then they returned at a later date to install the parts. the ignitor on my Gas stove stopped working. Larry was polite informative and clean. He provided the repair as well as information for care and maintenance.

Great service again from this company. Larry the technician had previously fixed our gas oven(under warranty) so when our dryer broke(12 years old), they were the first company to call. (And Larry was our technician again!) Diagnostics was fast and repair happened once the part came in.

We were able to have someone at our home within two days. They were timely and fixed our issue quickly.

The week before my sons baptism I decided to do a self clean on my Samsung oven and mid way through the cycle the oven locked and completely shut down. My screen didnt work , I couldnt unlock the oven but the stove top worked. I called around my area to see if I could have the oven fixed or if I should buy a new stove and scrap this one . I had called Samsung directly to find a certificate technician or company that new what they were talking about and it didnt cost an arm and a leg .
Long story short, I have my oven working with in the week, the technician knew what he was talking about and he was really polite, friendly and patient as I have a 6 month old who have become a little fussy. I would definitely recommend. work order number :479465

My oven caught fire because of a defective element and Maytag was quick to send Elite to repair. It was less than 6 years old and a 2k convection unit with 5 star rating. I was disappointed this happened but they were prompt, professional, and efficient and had ordered the parts in no time. My oven is brand new! Thanks so much Edison for your great technical work.
