AAA Plumbing is unprofessional to say the least. They skipped most appointments they booked and lack the proper knowledge to do a variety of plumbing jobs (showed up without proper tools and supplies, didn't know how to do a lot of standard plumbing items and never brought a single garbage bag to clean up their mess). They had to take apart several finishes to repair their initial mistakes which delayed my job. My job was large and I was really let down by their incompetence. Their work didn't meet code at certain points and other professionals needed to spell out what needed to be done to complete the job. This company is unresponsive, as they it takes weeks to reach them or even book an appointment for a job that's already in progress. Work was often done halfway without them checking things which caused me to call them back again and again. Unfortunately, many staff don't speak English, which obviously makes proper communication impossible. Just because you see their trucks working in nice neighbourhoods, doesn't mean they're a competent company. Avoid them.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They were hired for a new construction build house for my family. There were a multitude of issues they caused. For example the sump pump which was completely misplaced and barely works. The latest issue is now that the house is complete the sewage just backed up into the basement damaging the floors. We waited over a week for AAA to return to the house. They refused to step foot into the house without upfront payment even though this was caused by there terrible plumbing services. They took Adavantags of my visibly upset mom to write a Cheque on the spot before they would even look at the issue. I am disgusted by their services and the fact that they refuse work until payment is made first. Please do not hire them.

I was happy for conducting business with this company. I believe customer satisfaction is their main goal by providing good service. I give them AAA

I was extremely happy with the service provided by AAA plumbing. They were able to come within an hour after we called their service and the plumber did an exceptional job.
