Our first experience with The Grounds Guys was a meeting at our house with Mike. He was on time and very thorough. One thing that stood out during my meeting with Mike was that he did not try to upsell their services. Last week Saturday was the day we agreed that The Grounds Guys would come to our house to  weed, treat our front and back lawn, trim a number of trees and lay fresh mulch, among other things. Last week Saturday was a rainy day and we really did not expect anyone to show up. In fact, we expected a call from The Grounds Guys to reschedule. To our surprise, Tania and her team showed up on time and worked tirelessly despite the rain. Just before they left after doing an amazing job, Tania told us that she believed a flower bed needed more mulch and she would return the next day. True to her word, she returned the next morning and added more mulch to the flower bed. It was a pleasure dealing with The Grounds Guys. Thanks again!
