The project was handled professionally by the whole team from the beginning and was completed on time. The team is very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure all the areas were covered. The team also took care of few areas which was not listed in the initial project work. I am really happy with their work and will recommend to others also.

I am exceptionally happy with the work and responsiveness of Prestige. I called about having the siding and eaves on an extension at the back of my tenanted property redone. Prestige came over immediately, provided me with a very competitive estimate. We agreed on a date (all over the phone -- given COVID restrictions); The job was done exceptionally well without any hassel.
I was also very pleased with the recommendations that Senad made about insulation -- it has really improved the heat retention.

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Taichi was the first person to return my call and he showed up the next day to suit my schedule. He made it very clear that for the price he gave (which was very fair) that he would do what was needed to make me happy. I am a very picky customer and I can say that he was more than willing to correct any issues and touch up anything that I needed. The work was done on time and in a timely manner and Taichi was very knowledgeable on product: what was good and what was not good. All old product was removed and taken off site promptly as well. Taichi was always polite and able to be reached.

Our rowhouse shares an eves-trough with our neighbour. They had requested a quote from another company and I thought I would get a second opinion before signing anything.

The team at Prestige was quick to respond to my request for quote and provide pricing. I was much more comfortable with the price Prestige quoted, as they didnt pick out aspects of our job that would make it more difficult in order to quote a higher price.

Within a few days of letting them know we would like to hire them, they called me in the morning to let me know they were in the area and could come do the work. We were really happy to have the work done sooner rather than later before more ice could form in the existing eves.

There was one issue with a short cut piece of siding but they came back to fix it. They installed pillars that were dented but reordered right away. Covid delays for several months delayed replacement of the pillars. Overall were satisfied. Thank you to Neven for attention to detail on second trip back to install pillars.

The owner and his crew were the hardest working men I've seen.They just kept working even my neighbours commented on their work ethics.The job took 4 days and each and everyday they cleaned up around the house for the next day's work. They did a wonderful job on the siding eaves troughs etc and capping of windows was perfect right down to the caulking.I would not hesitate to refer Prestige aluminum and siding to family and friends and his quote was a lot less than the other 6 quotes.Very
honest and were willing to work with us on a few issues I had with my home.A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

Recent service call November 16,2020
Our region experienced a devastating wind storm for many in our area.We noticed that two pieces just under the soffit came off to no fault of their own installation from what I was told.The piece that came off cannot be secured has much to sll for flexing and movement.
So I contacted Sam and with in an hour his friendly crew arrived and within 30 minutes the job was done. This is exceptional after service which is highly important.This company stands behind their workmanship and be rest assured Sam from Prestige aluminum has your back!!!Thank you Sam and your crew for a wonderful experience!!!
On a side not I cannot understand why someone gave him a zero for not responding for an issue since Sam showed up within 1 hour!!!There must be more to the story and I've recommended his company to a few friends in the market for his particular line of work!!! DONT judge by one review please consider the vast amount of 10 out of 10 reviews instead.

Great service. Replaced siding, eavestrough, downspouts and even replaced the vestibule to make sure the colours matched. Got insulation as well, as the original builder never put any in.

Within a couple of days of our enquiry we had a visit from the company, we explained our problem and they described in detail how they proposed to handle it. They gave us the choices and prices concerned and because we could be flexible with timing, were able to come over within 12 days and undertake the job which they did efficiently.
The work looks neat and clean and well installed.
They cleaned up after their work.
We were impressed and pleased with the outcome.

T’ai chi came out as soon as I called and gave a quote. He listened well. He was also flexible with making adjustments to the project upon my request. His workers were very knowledgeable and they worked with the utmost professionalism. At the end of the project, upon my walk around they made minor changes. The finished project surpassed my expectations!
