From start, he tried to get money before completion of a project even though in the contract he should be taking it in parts. I had to completely re-do 2 washrooms, kitchen, laundry and entrance area. My total cost including appliances was around $35k-$40k.
Its been many months, he is not coming back to complete my job which he left a bit in every project which he started at my place. If I see my call and msg history, it might be more then 100 promises from him that he would be coming on this and that dates but always no show.
