We had a sewer backup three weeks ago, we called our insurance company to have one of their preferred contractors to come to drain out the sewer water in the basement. However, after 7 hours we haven't received a call from them. Given that we have a 4 month baby at home, we cannot take the risk of having untreated smelly water in the house.
